Refunds & Ticket Transfers

REFUND POLICY:

Full Refund: If you choose to cancel your ticket within 3 days of purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 4 to 15 days after purchase qualify for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 15 days from the purchase date.

TICKET TRANSFER POLICY

All tickets are eligible for transfer to another person up to 10 days before the event date. To initiate a ticket transfer, please contact our customer support with the necessary details of the new ticket holder.
